At the start of every implementation there will be a project kick-off meeting and a Project Initiation document (PID) that clearly defines the desired outcomes, aims and objectives for the project, business and all stakeholders.

We have over 20 years' experience of deploying management information systems and have built up a suite of appropriate training options that can be tailored to suit your needs.

We believe that key users and project team members must fully understand the solution in order to deliver a successful project, we therefore deliver overview training early in the implementation to give these users the information they need to make decisions and ensure success.

Account management

Each customer has a friendly, knowledgeable account manager who will maintain regular contact, attending on-site meetings to review the overall performance of the software.  Your account manager will also work with you to develop a full understanding of the long term needs of your organisation.

Support and ongoing care

Every Synergy customer can expect the following when contacting our Support Desk:
