Servelec offers digital health record solutions on G-cloud framework

Servelec HSC is pleased to announce its electronic patient record solutions are now available on the G-Cloud 9 framework, providing NHS Trusts with a further procurement route to access its leading digital solutions.

Digital technologies are increasingly being used in the delivery of health and care services to drive the paperless agenda and support the delivery of new models of care. Technology enables practitioners to work more efficiently, more effectively and through the sharing of information across systems, helps care providers to make better decisions.

Servelec’s solutions operate across community health, mental health, children’s services, adult’s services, acute care and social care, sharing information across the care settings to help improve outcomes.  Accessing Servelec’s products has been made much simpler with the addition of its portfolio of electronic patient record solutions, Rio and Oceano, to the G-Cloud framework - a digital market place for public sector organisations.  Servelec’s education and early years management system, Synergy, is already established on this framework.

Alan Stubbs, CEO at Servelec HSC, said

“Digital technologies are key in delivering modern and responsive services to provide safe and person centred care.  Servelec HSC is pleased to offer our best of breed solutions on the G-Cloud framework providing our NHS and local authority customers so much more choice in their buying process through an efficient procurement route. We understand there is increasing pressure on care providers to deliver more with less and we believe that with the right tools, focus and support, health and care services can be delivered more efficiently and effectively.”

Servelec was awarded five sub lots to the new Clinical & Digital Information Systems Framework Agreement launched by the NHS London Procurement Partnership.

Servelec’s Rio EPR solution is used in four out of the seven mental health digital global exemplars announced in 2017 and Oceano PAS is deployed at University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust, a global digital exemplar in the Acute setting.

Servelec is the only company in the UK to work with NHS Trust customers who are global digital exemplars in both the secondary care and acute care settings. These Trusts have been recognised for their digital maturity and excellence and will act as exemplars for how the rest of the health service can make better use of technology.
