Converged Care

"The Government says that Converged Care is "care and support built around the needs of the individual, their carers and family and that gets the most out of every penny we spend.  If the illness is prevented, the condition properly managed, the fall avoided, not only is that better care for the individual but it also means less pressure on the system.” *

Servelec Health & Social Care recognises the need for a more co-ordinated approach in order to improve outcomes for patients and service users.

As a signatory of the techUK’s Health and Social Care Interoperability Charter, Servelec Health & Social Care adheres to making information systems more open and easier to integrate, to enable the free-flow of patient information between products, and hence across the care continuum.

Leading the converged care agenda

Servelec Health & Social Care has been at the forefront of many initiatives to transform the way information is gathered and used across the care settings.  We are already working with customers to pilot new ways of working to support the sharing of data across healthcare and social care settings.

On 1 April 2016, Servelec acquired the Synergy business from Tribal Education Limited.  This further strengthens Servelec’s position in Social Care, demonstrating the one true end-to-end solution available in the market.

The combined offering of Servelec Corelogic and Servelec Synergy's product suite provides a dynamic and strong proposition to deliver the ‘single view of a child’ vision within Children’s Services.
